2. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, surname, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
  • Account: login credentials, if an account is created.
  • Orders: products purchased, amounts, purchase and returns history.
  • Payment: handled directly by Shopify Payments and PayPal; SKYOU does not access full card data.
  • Browsing: IP address, browser/device, pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
  • Communications: messages via contact form or email.

5. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Shopify, Google, Meta) may transfer data outside the EEA, based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR.

6. Data retention

  • Order/billing data: for the period required by tax obligations (typically 10 years).
  • Account data: until the account is deleted.
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

SKYOU adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

The Site is not directed at minors under 16; we do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental/guardian consent.
