Shipping policy

At SKYOU, we aim to provide a simple, transparent and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Payments confirmed before 12:00 p.m. (CET) are generally processed on the same business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–2 business days 

  • France, Spain and other EU countries: 3–5 business days 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the products ordered.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.

 

Bike Delivery & Assembly

SKYOU e-bikes are delivered partially assembled inside a protective box.

Basic final assembly is required, including:

  • handlebar installation 

  • front wheel installation 

  • mudguard installation 

  • pedal installation 

Assembly instructions and video guides are available on our website.

Alternatively, customers may choose collection and assembly through selected pick-up partners, where available.

 

Delivery Inspection

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the packaging appears visibly damaged, we strongly recommend signing the delivery with reservation (“accepted with reservation”) and immediately contacting SKYOU with clear photos of both the packaging and the product.

Please note that transport damage claims may not be accepted by the courier’s insurance provider if the delivery has been signed without reservation.

 

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused deliveries or uncollected shipments may be charged to the customer.

 

Spare Parts & Accessories

Spare parts and accessories may be shipped separately from bicycles depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

 

Delays Outside Our Control

SKYOU shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier disruptions 

  • customs procedures 

  • strikes 

  • severe weather conditions 

  • force majeure events
