Warranty Policy

At SKYOU, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed for reliability, safety and everyday performance.

This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, conditions and procedures applicable to SKYOU products.

Legal Warranty

SKYOU products are covered by the legal warranty provided under applicable European consumer protection laws.

For consumers within the European Union, products are covered by a minimum 2-year legal conformity warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.

The battery warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal performance loss. Gradual reduction in battery capacity due to normal use and aging is considered normal and does not constitute a defect.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To remain valid, the product must:

  • be used in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions

  • receive reasonable care and maintenance

  • not be modified, altered or improperly repaired

  • not be used for commercial rental, competition or abusive purposes unless explicitly approved by SKYOU

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

  • tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips and other consumable parts subject to normal wear

  • damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or improper storage

  • damage caused by unauthorized modifications or non-original parts

  • improper assembly performed by the customer

  • damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions

  • water damage caused by improper use, pressure washing or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions

Minor variations in paint, finish or assembly tolerances are not considered defects.
