Refund policy
At SKYOU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing as consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact SKYOU within the withdrawal period at: info@skyou-bike.com
The request must include:

customer name
-
product to be returned

reason for return (optional)
Return Conditions
Returned products must:

be returned in like-new condition
-
not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect and test the product

not have been used outdoors or for extended riding
-
be free from damage, scratches or abnormal wear
-
include all original accessories, charger, manuals and components
-
be returned in the original packaging
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product for return shipment.
SKYOU reserves the right to refuse returns or apply deductions from the refund amount if the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect and test the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed by SKYOU, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

the product was delivered damaged
-
the wrong product was delivered
-
the return is caused by a confirmed product defect
Due to transport regulations applicable to lithium batteries, customers must follow the return shipping instructions provided by SKYOU.
Unauthorized return shipments may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers must contact SKYOU within 48 hours from delivery and provide clear photos of:

the packaging

the shipping label
-
the damaged product
Whenever possible, deliveries with visible transport damage should be signed with reservation (“accepted with reservation”).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise required by law:

products modified or customized at the customer’s request

products damaged due to improper use or assembly

consumable parts subject to wear
-
products returned incomplete or without essential components
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, SKYOU will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
SKYOU may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization from SKYOU, or fails to collect the shipment, SKYOU reserves the right to deduct any shipping, storage, return or handling costs incurred from the refund amount.
